50 an hour Kona Transportation is looking for the right person to join our growing staff.
We currently have a full-time position available for Customer Service Agent.
We are looking for someone who likes to work in a constantly varied, fast paced office environment.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones, greeting and assisting walk-up customers Assisting customers with shipping logistics Entering shipping information into data base and follow through with invoicing and tracking payment Open communication with customers including phone calls and emails Open interaction with all Kona Trans team members
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Intermediate computer skills Ability to learn software program involving inputting of shipments, invoicing freight vendors and tracking payment of.
Ability to multi-task Proficient in Outlook, Word and some Excel spreadsheets Excellent time management Good attendance is very important
