Ali'i Health Center - Primary Care Full Time Hours:
Monday - Friday; 40 hour work week Employed Average Patients seen:
18 Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:
$25000 Compensation:
Base salary of $250,000 for the 3-year agreement
the possibility of additional incentives based on work RVU.
Benefits:

Additional Info:
Employment is contingent on the following,- Obtaining an unrestricted HI license- Obtaining unrestricted privileges at Kona Community Hospital- Satisfactory completion of unrestricted insurance credentials and malpractice insurance coverage- Subject of or otherwise materially involved in, any investigation, proceeding, hearing, or other disciplinary action by any federal state, or local govtagency or program, including, without limitation, any Federal Health Care Program.
