We have an immediate need for a Restaurant General Manager at our location in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island! We're seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
4
years of current Upscale Casual/Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager experience
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the
community
